Have been trying contact SOMEONE from the company ever since they suddenly closed their stores

I had a Life-time membership. I had been very happy with Jenny Craig UNTIL they collected the renewal money from me AND without warning closed the stores. I believe I am owed my membership money since it was ONE WEEK !! And now they make it impossible to contact a real human being to talk to.

First time customized order for $309.00. Received a box that contained NOTHING I ordered. I contacted customer service and was told they would replace 9 of the items I did not want and told me to give the rest away. They indicated there is a Save Your Selections in the upper right-hand corner of the pagethis is incorrect. I went in again and did a custom order, when completed you go to the payment screen. Review your order is last without asking you to Save Selections.

Toto discuss my order Delivery need to c delivery this is only phone number that i can find online. i need to track my current order to determine date of delivery. not sure. .

i received a notice that my order had been processed several days ago. i have not received any tracking info since then. i am wanting to know expected date it will arrive to my front door. it was a delayed shipment and i am concerned it may have been accidentally held at jenny craig until i notify with request for new shipping date. i usually receive many tracking texts. i would like for a jenny craig customer service agent to speak with me and check to see if instructions or further info is required. please give phone no and rxtrntikn no gif s jenny craig agent do i can call now.

I was eating the box of ziti and I found a piece of glass or plastic shape like a shark in one of the bites. I found another crunchy substance which I assume is more of the glass or plastic. I have a photograph of it if you need it.

I responded to the tv ads JC spent money on, and joined. On my third week after paying for a year membership- was left a vm sorry, we are going out of business. In no way was that a sudden decision- they never should have collected my max plus membership (the most expensive one). They misled consumers and staff. Spent too much on new systems and took my money without abandon. Could care less if they come up with an e commerce option, we have enough e commerce and I enjoyed working with my coach for the 3 out of 52 weeks I paid for

This last minute closing is unbelievable! I just joined Jenny and paid $199 for the year membership to get the 25% off my food. I am only on my 4th week. I just joined o April 11,2023 in Concord Pike (Rt 202) Wilmington DE What happens to my $199.00 join fee? Am I getting reimbursed for that money? It hasnt even been a month since I joined.

Membership Refund

I joined Jenny Craig at my local center on April 11, 2023. I paid $199 as I calculated my savings based on the amount of weight and duration expected. As your company did not notify any of your centers that his company closing was coming, they were, as to be expected offering up memberships. Your company took my and many others money knowing that you would be boarding up within a matter of weeks. This is fraud pure and simple. You took advantage of people desperate to lose weight knowing that you could in no way keep up your end of the contracts. I will be contact my state Attorney General to see wh at can be done to file a complaint.
